By purchasing a reading from Wendy’s Wands, you agree to the following terms.

All readings are created using the information you provide when placing your order. Please make sure the details you submit, including your email address and question, are accurate.

Delivery

Readings are normally delivered within 48 hours unless otherwise stated. If an unexpected delay occurs, I will contact you using the email address provided with your order.

Cancellations and refunds

Because each Wendy’s Wands reading is a personalised service created specifically for the individual customer, work may begin shortly after an order is placed.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact wendy@wendyswands.com as soon as possible.

Cancellation and refund requests will be handled in accordance with applicable UK consumer law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

If there is a problem with your order, or you do not receive the service you purchased, please contact me so that I can investigate and put things right.

Nature of the service

Wendy’s Wands readings are provided for personal insight, reflection and entertainment. Tarot as theatre, not prophecy.

A reading should not be considered a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or other specialist advice.

Age requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a Wendy’s Wands reading.

Personal information provided when purchasing a reading is handled in accordance with the Wendy’s Wands Privacy Policy.

Your completed reading is created for your personal use. Please do not reproduce, publish, sell or commercially distribute it without permission.
