Payments, cancellations and refunds

If you believe there is a problem with a payment, have placed an order in error, or need to discuss cancelling an order, please contact me as soon as possible at wendy@wendyswands.com.

Because Wendy's Wands readings are personalised services created specifically for the individual customer, whether an order can be cancelled or refunded may depend on whether work on the reading has already begun.

If there is a problem with your order or you have not received what you purchased, please contact me so I can investigate and put things right.
